The Glen boys played well with a comprehensive 48-1 win.

Try scorers were T Grob 4, B Dawson 2, and one each to M Williams, J Egan, JH Williamson and H Johnson.

This weekend Glen Innes will play Inverell West at Moree in the elimination semi final, with the winner to play in the grand final at Glen Innes the following weekend. The Glen boys go into this game with momentum and if their game is on song a win is not out of the question.

The coaches of all the teams would like to thank all the players and their parents for their continued support throughout the season.

Glen Innes under 14s and under 16s have advanced further to the semi finals the under 16s play at Moree on Saturday against Inverell West at 1-50pm and the under 14s play at Uralla on Sunday against Moree South at 12-50pm.

If the Glen boys win these matches they then go through to the grand final to be held in Glen Innes the following Saturday September 6. More details regarding grand final day and presentation day will be provided next week.
